This shake uses a coconut-almond milk combination for taste and texture, but feel free to use regular milk if it's more convenient. The addition of spinach is unique and also adds a good boost of micronutrients.


  • 10 g Post JYM, Natural Lemon Lime
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 scoop Pro JYM, Tahitian Vanilla Bean
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 slice angel food cake
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut almond milk blend
  • 1 cup ice
  • 20 g baby spinach
