  • 1 cup skim milk
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 scoop(s) chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
  • 2 tsp natural almond butter
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ⅛ tsp cayenne powder
  • 1 banana, frozen
